Overview
In this 2-day course, you will learn how to apply fundamental Scrum and Lean product development skills to scale Scrum from one to many teams across any sized initiative. Scrum@Scale courses are interactive and teach how to scale Scrum through a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies.

Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner (CSaSP)
As a Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner, you will learn how to apply fundamental Scrum and Lean product development skills to scale Scrum from one to many teams across any sized initiative.
Becoming a Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner (CSaSP) takes two steps:
(1) Attend a highly engaging, two-day workshop
(2) Pass the online CSaSP certification test
Upon passing the CSaSP exam, you will receive a certificate and a two-year membership in Scrum@Scale.

Marta has over 15 years experience, with the last decade focused specifically helping organizations make the transition to Scrum and Agile ways of working. Marta has worked in a wide range of industries including Automotive, Banking and Rail Industry. She is a privat pilot and a mom of two has co-trained with Dr. Jeff Sutherland, and he is known for her highly interactive, thought-provoking workshops..

What education or experience should attendees have prior to this course?
Since this is not an introductory course to Scrum, attendees are expected to have earned the two-day Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential or its equivalent. Alternatively, comparable real-world experience implementing Scrum is highly beneficial.
Can I earn Continuing Education Credits?
The Scrum Alliance has approved Scrum@Scale as a Continuing Education course. You can get up to 16 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) in addition to 16 Project Management Institute PDUs by participating in our two-day course.
What time does the course begin and what time does it end?
We pack a lot of information into a two-day course. We begin both days promptly at 9am and work up until 5pm both days.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 21 days before the start of the course, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel between 21 and 8 days before the course, you will receive an 80% refund. We do not offer refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the course, but would be happy to discuss transferring you to another course date (which may be at a different location).
